The name comes from the Arabic kebab: kabab (کباب) which originally meant fried meat, not meat roasted / grilled. The word kabab is likely to come from the Aramaic: כבבא kabbābā that may be derived from the Akkadian: kabābu which means "grilled, baked". In the 14th century, became synonymous with tabahajah kebab, a dish of fried meat pieces in Persian. In Turkish language books, a term often used to kebab meatballs made from chicken meat or minced lamb.The term means a new kebab grilled meat dishes (shish kebab) since the time of the Ottoman Empire, but there are still other, more ancient term for roasts, namely Shiva `(شواء) Arabic origin. However, kebab still used in its original meaning in a variety of dishes such as stews, such as bags kebab (kebabs in a bowl) from Turkey. In Egypt there are dishes cooking stew beef and onion kebabs called Halla.

Kebab Turkey Materials:
Tortillas 1 piece
Kebab meat slices 50 grams
Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon margarine
25 grams of lettuce, thinly sliced
25 grams cucumber, thinly sliced
25 grams tomatoes, thinly sliced
How to make Turkish Kebab:
Place tortillas on a plate, good vegetables in the middle of tortillas with elongated shapes.
Spray the tomato sauce and chili sauce over the vegetables.
Add the meat kebabs on top, smooth.
Spray mayonnaise over the meat, rolls and padatkan.
Heat margarine, baked turkey kebabs until browned. Remove from heat.
