German Fried Potatoes Recipe

This recipe I got from my German friend, Anna Greve. The most impressive for me is, how to fry potatoes with oil seminimalis possible.

Materials / seasoning:
- 200 grams potatoes, peeled, washed and diced
- 1 clove garlic, keprek, thinly sliced
- 1 / 2 onion, sliced ​​box
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper / pepper powder to taste

How to cook:
- Preheat the skillet, put cooking oil
- Fried potatoes little by little until done and brownish color
- Make an empty space in the middle of a skillet, saute garlic and onions until fragrant
- Stir to mix with potatoes
- Add salt and pepper,stir stir
- Break eggs over the potatoes,stir stir
