BREAD JALA, Menu From India


Bread nets are foods that come from India,For those of us who did not understand this cuisine, it will be assumed that the bread is fried eggs nets. This is because the mesh is a glimpse of the form of bread like an omelet and indeed the materials used are eggs.

Materials required to make special food is a mixture of flour and eggs are cooked thin and dikirai be like nets and mussed. Then bread or bread chiral nets are added gravy curry (lamb or chicken) or a typical Malay curry sauce, but not too thick.

Bread Jala Making Materials:

500 grams of flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs beaten while
1 liter of coconut milk from a coconut
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to Make Bread Jala:

Mix the flour, salt and eggs. Stir until well blended.
Enter the coconut milk and vegetable oil, stirring until blended and smooth.
Heat a griddle pan to the size of 20 cm, give a little oil so as not sticky
Spoon the batter with a lower aluminum cups with holes. Pour into pan with a circular manner.
Once cooked, lift and fold. Do it until the dough runs out.

Note:
If there is no aluminum cups, plastic bags can wear ends trimmed 1-1/2 mm
