Paella, Seafood Spanish-style


For seafood lovers, this Spanish-style foods should be tried. According to people outside of Spain, paella is a national food. However, for the Spaniards themselves, in fact is a typical food paella Valencia, a region on the east coast of Spain.

Paella from Valencia did not use seafood in it, but the meat. The meat can be used kelici meat, chicken, or duck. Thus, seafood paella, or also called Paella De Marisco, paella is a modification of the 'original' Valencia. There is also a mixed paella, which included a meat, seafood, and vegetables.

Paella comes from Old French, paelle, which means the pan (skillet). Pans that are used to make paella great shape (you can cook paella for up to 15 servings), shallow, flat bottom, and has two handles. Once the paella is cooked and cooked, the pan is placed directly above the dining table. Function wok here in addition to cooking, also to be a 'container' presentation.
