Diet menu: Potato Pancakes

ingredients:

6 Fruit medium-sized sweet potatoes peeled and finely grated
a few grains of red onion and chopped fine
1 swndok herb tea without salt (this herb in the form of leaf foliage who can you get in supermarkets)
1 2 / 3 cups flour (flour unbleach)
1 / 3 cup chopped parsley
2 cups finely shredded zucchini
1 / 4 cup lemon juice
1 1 / 2 cup egg substitute
6 teaspoons canola oil
preparation:

In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, zucchini, onion, lemon juice, herb blend, egg, flour, and parsley.
