Spicy Fish Recipe

Spicy sour fish recipe
ingredients:

Spanish mackerel fish meat 750 grams (may be replaced with another fish)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 turmeric leaf lbr
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
Lbr 4 lime leaves
2 pieces of acid kandis
8 plum tomatoes vegetables
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Puree:

100 grams of ground red pepper
12 spring onions
5 cloves garlic

How to cook:

1. Rinse fish, rub with lemon juice and salt, let stand for 15 minutes.
