5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

How To Make Recipe Malaysian Nasi Lemak:
Fat rice: Wash rice, drain, mix with coconut liquid. Add the garlic, ginger, pandan leaf and salt, stir. Pour the water. Cook until half-cooked rice and water is absorbed out, lift, steamed until Tanak.
Fat sauce: Place all ingredients in a blender, puree, and stir-fry in hot oil. Remove from heat.
