Fried Meat Chili sauce recipe

500 gr minced meat
150 gr banana
250 gr potatoes
500 g coconut milk
Sweet soy sauce to taste


60 g onion
50 g garlic
250 gr large red chilli
100 g galangal
50 gr hazelnut
2 gr cloves
salt to taste

How to make:

1. Cut the potato-shaped small boxes, and fry until cooked.
2. Cut banana in half, fry briefly and set aside.
3. Blend the basic spices and saute over low heat until browned and fragrant. Insert the meat into it, and remove the oil and cook until cooked through.
4. Cook over low heat until the meat dry, then add the coconut milk into it. If the meat is still too hard, add a little water and cook again until dry.
5. Once the meat is tender and dry, put soy sauce into it, stir, add sliced ​​large red chilli, potato and banana that has been fried. Stir until mixed and cooked perfectly. Serve
