Recipe Beef Taco Mexicano
Meat batter ingredients:
150 g butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
50 g onion, chopped
600 g minced beef
50 g wheat flour
200 ml of broth

1 bay leaf / bayleaf
1 / 4 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp English sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 leeks, thinly sliced
Complement:
350 g of corn tortillas
cooking oil
100 g lettuce, thinly sliced
200 g red tomatoes, cut into small
150 g grated Cheddar cheese
How to make:
# Dough meat: Heat the butter until melted. Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
# Enter the beef, stirring until it changes color and dry.
# Sprinkle with flour, stir well.
# Pour the water, put the herbs and scallions. Cook until the gravy is dry and fully ripe. Remove from heat.
# Fold tortillas in half, forming a half circle.
# Fry in oil until dry. Remove and drain.
