MATERIALS:
syrup
1 lemon
Mandarin juice 500 ml (obtained from 11/2 kg of mandarin oranges)
200 g sugar
Syrup:
• Peel the lemon, yellow part only (beware the bitter white part), left whole.
Take 3 pieces of lemon skin only. After that squeeze the water,
set aside 1 tablespoon lemon juice to syrup.
• Boil the mandarin juice, sugar, lemon and orange peel until syrup is slightly thickened
(20 minutes, the syrup is reduced to 300 ml). Remove and let cool. Before syrup is served,
put 1 tablespoon lemon juice set aside. Stir well.
PRESENTATION:
Pour the syrup (75 ml) into a tall glass, put some mandarin oranges and shaved ice,
filled with soda water content. Garnish with mint leaves.

If you must reduce your intake of soda because of high blood pressure, low wear low soda content of soda water. But without even drink soda water is still fresh.
